Grand Trunk stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear, if you purchased something via www.grandtrunk.com and are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item(s) as follows: 

  • Items purchased on www.grandtrunk.com can be returned online 30 days of purchase.
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
  • Items must be unused and unwashed.
  • Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
  • Note if you purchased your items somewhere else, items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.

Once we receive your claim we will process it within 7 business days. Warranties may take up to 30 days to file.

Warranty claims will only be approved by Grand Trunk if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Grand Trunk product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The warranty provided by Grand Trunk only covers manufacturing defects, it does not include any damage or defect of any Grand Trunk products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from abuse, fire, animals; or (iiii) wear and tear. 

If you believe you have a defective product and desire to make a warranty claim, please fill out the form below and enter your warranty details. Alternatively, if you purchased your Grand Trunk product from an authorized Grand Trunk retailer, please contact the authorized Grand Trunk retailer that you purchased your Grand Trunk product from to make a warranty claim. This will help you avoid unnecessary shipping and handling charges and delays.

Please note your Warranty Claim Grand Trunk will be replaced by the same size and color product. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser MSRP value. Unfortunately, replacement products under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a product with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print the artwork on your return product (sorry). Please note that the claims process could take up to 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the product has been processed for a warranty exchange. Those that have purchased custom products will not get a custom product sent to them under our warranty replacement policy.

In no event shall Grand Trunk be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost, or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
