They have great customer service! I needed a hammock for a camping trip. I had the option to buy something cheap but my friend recommended the skeeter beeter from grand trunk. When I saw the price I had a doubt but I decided to go ahead and try it. On my first try getting in I had an accident and my foot caught the zipper and broke it. I was disappointed that for that price I didn’t even get to use it. I contacted customer service and they took good care of me. They sent me a credit to get a new one! I was pleasantly surprised that they covered the cost of a new hammocks ! Here’s the proof that you get what you pay for.
My friends and I recently went on an overnight backpacking trip to the Dutch Town backcountry campsite in the Never Summer Mountains, which is located in a remote portion of Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado. Shortly after passing the cutoff for the campsite, the trail gradually faded, disappearing into a wet meadowed area with good views of Never Summer Peak and Lead Mountain. This marshy meadow also brings tons of mosquitoes to the camp. Due to the many mosquitoes in the area, this was the perfect time to set up my Grand Trunk Goods Skeeter Beeter XT Mosquito Net Hammock. I'm not going to let my camping adventures in the wilderness or lake be ruined by unwanted pests. The hammock was super easy to set up and was a great refuge away from the bugs.
