When I received the GT Abrigo shelter/tarp admittedly, I was skeptical. I am used to more robust and heavier tarps in my four+ decades of camping…but I was impressed. A rainfly was out of the question in the oppressive heat of , OK, NM and CO early this summer…but nightly rain showers were forecasted (and occurred). The Abrigo provided ample coverage for my Marmot Limelight 4 and allowed ample airflow into the tent. The Abrigo is ridiculously light…provided with substantial length reflective guy lines and excellent stakes. After some usage, the nasty manufacturing/industrial odor faded, the only quasi-negative I can mention. Setup can be tricky if using trekking or auxiliary poles but doable for anyone if I was able to successfully accomplish it. All-in-all, I’m not camping or backpacking without it.

Nice quality, but pricey, I want you to design and sell a down under the outside hammock blanket. I saw several videos of Canadian winter campers who have one so I know they are out there; the one you offer seems overkill with under and over sleeping bag.

    Why buy with us.
