Hang Safely By Following These Rules.
CAUTION: HAMMOCK USE PRESENTS A RISK OF INJURY FROM FALLING.
- HANG YOUR HAMMOCK SO THAT THE LOWEST PORTION OF THE FABRIC IS NO MORE THAN 18 INCHES ABOVE THE GROUND.
- ENSURE HAMMOCK IS LEVEL.
- ALWAYS INSPECT EQUIPMENT AND THE AREA AROUND YOUR HAMMOCK PRIOR TO USE.
- CHECK HAMMOCK FOR TEARS, HOLES, OR WEAKENING OF FABRIC PRIOR TO EVERY USE.
- MAKE SURE ALL KNOTS ARE SECURE.
- Avoid Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as it can weaken the fabric over time.
- Clear rocks, sharp objects, and debris from the surface beneath hammock.
- MAKE SURE YOUR HAMMOCK IS NOT SET UP NEAR A CAMP FIRE, GRILL OR ANY OTHER OPEN FLAME.
- TO AVOID FALLING, ENTER AND EXIT YOUR HAMMOCK SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY. ENSURE THAT BOTH OF YOUR HANDS ARE FREE WHEN ENTERING THE HAMMOCK SO THAT YOU CAN BALANCE AND STEADY YOURSELF.
- AVOID CONTACT WITH SHOES, SHARP OBJECTS, OR FLAMMABLE ITEMS INSIDE OR NEAR THE HAMMOCK.
- NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 UNATTENDED NEAR THE HAMMOCK.
- MAXIMUM WEIGHT BEARING CAPACITY IS STATED ON EACH HAMMOCK PACKAGE. DO NOT EXCEED THIS LIMIT.
- USE OF HAMMOCK IN HIGH WINDS IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
- Do not stack hammocks.

First, I want to apologize for forgetting the name of the representative that assisted me with getting the product that I ordered.
I explained to him that I ordered my purchase on Thursday, and wanted to know if I would receive it before Sunday. He explained that the express shipping I paid for would take 2-business days. I went ahead and ordered anyway.
I then discoverd on the date of my expected delivery that my address was listed wrong (My fault). After making the correction needed, my purchase arrived on Monday morning and I was able to have someone pick it up and bring it to me (I was oout of town at the time).
With all that being said, I took my purchase - ShadeCaster 2-person Sunshade to the beach, set it up and enjoyed the breeze all while blocking the sun. I’m very happy with my purchase. Thanks

Let's start by saying Grand Trunk customer service is second to none. Next, these are great quality products. We own several hammocks, parakeet beach blankets. We just added the Shadecaster 2 Person to the family. It makes a great beach setup.

We took the ShadeCaster 2 to Maui with us and was thrilled that it came with sand stakes. Setup was easy (set your guy lines first then stand up the pole). It helps up brilliantly in the wind. The standard issue Tommy Bahama umbrellas were flying around the beach to our entertainment. I highly recommend this product. Quality all around. You can tell the product designers didn’t cut any corners.
