An awesome combination!

Ordered a double hammock late in the season and it arrived in time for our last outing complete with hammock straps. What a great bit of kit! Easy to put up. I have to admit I was a bit wary of the strength as the fabric is so light but I was amazed. My wife and I fit comfortably in it (I am 6’1” and weigh around 250 lbs). My wife said she wished I’d gotten it sooner. It will be coming with us on all our camping trips from now on, car camping or back country. Hammock straps are easy to use and also strong. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

Great... Bought 6 of them!

First off, let me say this is advertised as a 11ft hammock, but that is including the continuous loops on ends. The actual fabric length is 117 inch, so really a bit less than a 10 foot hammock. Knowing this, I still bought 6 of them because 1) the fabric is soft and very lightweight and 2) the 10 foot length does not bother me and is plenty comfortable enough. For reference I am 5'11" and 230lbs. If you are over 6ft tall you probably will want a true 11 foot hammock. Also, I will mention the double hammock, since I bought that first. The excess material width is essentially useless and just flops all over and adds weight. A single width hammock is perfect with no excess material wasted. Also, if you are reading this review and new to hammocks, you should install a structural ridgeline and lay diagonally for maximum comfort (not like a banana).

Great lightweight hammock. At 11', even being a single, there is still plenty of room to get a diagonal flat lay. It packs small, light, and easy to carry. I purchased this at a closeout price and am well pleased with it. It is very comfortable!

Not too big, not too small, just right....

I bought the single Trunktech on closeout. I was curious about how it would lay not being as wide as the double, but it lays absolutely perfect. I'm 5'11" 250lbs and I was able to lay flat at a diagonal without all the extra flap of a double hammock. I had no concern whatsoever about it supporting my weight. This was a great deal.
I specifically wanted a netless hammock to use with my GT Bugnets (Mozzy 360 and Lite). This will fit the bill perfectly, especially with the light weight material. Once again, I'm well pleased with my Grand Trunk product.
