If you're not satisfied with the goods you’ve purchased through the Grand Trunk website, you can return or exchange your goods within 30 days of purchase. All you have to do is fill out the form below.
Please be advised that items purchased from a 3rd party retailer must be returned directly to them and are subject to their own return policies. Customized items are not eligible for returns. Hangout Hammock Stand returns are subject to a $40 restocking fee.
Our gear is guaranteed for life. If your Grand Trunk item is no longer usable due to manufacturing defects or wear and tear, please visit our Warranty Claims Page.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that we are unfortunately unable to accept returns from shipping addresses outside of the United States at this time.

Grand Trunk stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear, if you purchased something via www.grandtrunk.com and are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item(s) as follows:
Items purchased on www.grandtrunk.com can be returned online 30 days of purchase.
You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
Items must be unused and unwashed.
Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
Note if you purchased your items somewhere else, items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
